We customize & design a practice that fits your needs.
I am always grateful for the teachers & students I learn from and the opportunity to teach multiple forms of yoga practices for a variety of student interests: from beginning students new to yoga, those with limitations, athletes, and intermediates, and those interested to incorporate mindfulness, meditation and breathing practices to enhance their lives and manage stress and inflammation. We will incorporate movement, postures, breathing techniques and meditation.
Continuing education is an important part of teaching yoga. I am always studying physiology, neuroscience, yogic philosophy, Ayurveda, meditation and breathing techniques and anatomy sciences to enhance my private & group offerings.
When I'm not teaching, you'll find me kayaking & hiking in the woods with my dog Veda, enrolled in a workshop or taking classes from my teachers/colleagues/gurus. At Sweetwater studio on the Mullica River, we practice yoga on the dock & include kayaking and hiking with yoga and meditation for a wonderful retreat!
