Rachel Gonzalez, RYT 200, RCYT is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) and Registered Children's Yoga Teacher (RCYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Rachel is also a Certified Prenatal Yoga Teacher and Mindfulness/Meditation Teacher, Sound Bath Facilitator and Author. She has been a devoted meditator for over 25 years and has extensive training in Mindfulness that she started in 2014. She has completed training with Mindful Schools: Mindfulness Essentials and Mindful Educator Essentials programs in 2015-2016.
Rachel is a member of YOGA ALLIANCE and an individual member of Yoga Service Council.
