Lilly is a certified Hatha yoga teacher inspired and influenced by different yoga schools (Iyengar, Ashtanga-Vinyasa). Her yoga journey started in 2007 and it was love from first sight and helped her a lot during her life challenges. Lilly believes that asana practice, pranayama and meditation can make one not only flexible and fit, but help dealing with physical conditions and reduce effects of emotional issues such as anxiety, panic attacks and stress etc.
Lilly's classes are nurturing, inspiring and reasonably challenging with proper relaxation in the end. Her hands on approach inspires people to better themselves and connect to their inner self.
