Vanessa is a 200 Hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance. She completed her first training in March 2017 on the gorgeous coast of the Indian Ocean in Bali, Indonesia with RYS - The Yoga Method. She is well practiced in various forms of yoga over the last decade and proudly teaches The Yoga Method's strong Vinyasa Flow style.
After completing her first training she knew it would become a lifelong journey of learning and headed to Rishiskesh, India the following year. Taking her 200 Hour Ashtanga Primary with Yogi Kamal Singh at Tattvaa Yoga Shala allowed her to grow her personal practice and learn from the source.
Since then she has completed 50 Hours of Yin training with her teacher Mallorie Buoy as well as 100 Hours of Yoga For Mental Health.
Currently she resides in Edmonton, Canada with her partner in crime Rylande and their dog, Jonesy.
She is the self appointed Director of Food and Fun.
