Holly Anderson is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
She is trained in Flow/Vinyasa, Hot/Flow Fusion, and Yin yoga, as well as yoga .
Her main passions and loves are the idea of using the art and practice of yoga to create a more mindful life for any human walking this earth. She enjoys time in nature and likes to use yoga as a balance for everyday life, both physically and mentally.
