Marijó Marigliano started her career teaching physical education and pilates but something was missing until she discovered the power of mantras. Through her work with mantras she began studying yogic philosophy and decided to shape her life around yoga. Now she chooses to live her life according to path of yoga that has brought meaning to her life. She first studied at the Integral Yoga School in Argentina and then completed her RYT-200 with Maru Garcia Ramos. Afterwards she went on to complete her RYT-300 with Gleb Loginov and Sabine Schalk at the Tao Center in Spain where she now teaches.
Marijó has continued her education in the Krishnamachariya Yoga Mandiram where she learned the importance of pranayama in her daily practice. Now she works and teaches meditation, asana and philosophy to students completing their RYT-200 at the Tao Center for Yoga in Málaga, Spain. In her classes she places emphasis on listening to needs of the body and practicing with ahimsa. She mainly teaches vinyasa style classes with pranayama, asana and visualizations as well as Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra to complement yang practice.
