Yoga first made an appearance in my life several years ago and as an avid runner, I heard yoga could play a huge part in improving her form, mental control, breathing, flexibility and balance. Over the last few years, I discovered that it’s so much more than that. While my practice has helped me grow stronger and more flexible, it has taught me the importance of mindfulness and gratitude. Yoga inspires me to shine from my heart and open up my soul, to be my most authentic self.
I completed my 200 hour Vinyasa training with Omnipresent Yoga and have gone on to complete my 300 hour training with My Vinyasa Practice as well as several other programs in Yin, Yoga Nidra, Mindfulness Meditation, Mindfulness Coaching, Aromatherapy and Restorative Yoga.
Being a Reiki Master allows me to bring a holistic aspect to my classes that help balance the body and mind. I'm currently an E-RYT 200, RYT 500, and YACEP with Yoga Alliance.
