Matt Brooks provides studio, corporate, private, and small group yoga instruction in Naples, Florida.  My passion is Hot Power Yoga, rooted in Ashtanga. I also enjoy teaching restorative and yin classes. I am trained in Thai Yoga Massage through the Soma Veda Institute. I utilize my love of all things yoga while striving to ground and energize students through focused breathing and a connection to the Yoga Sutras and other forms of yogic philosophy. I maintain an active personal asana practice to engage and open energy channels.  Currently teaching at The Yoga Studio in Indianapolis, Indiana.  I am a registered E-RYT500.  I also maintain my Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider (YACEP) status and am available to assist on eligible training programs. Additionally, I provide corporate training programs around “Self-Care through Yoga”.  I also serve on the Board of Directors of the Indy Yoga Movement, a non-profit organization bringing yoga programs into schools around greater Indianapolis.
