As a student of yoga since 1986 I am fortunate to have been taught by Melbourne's best Iyengar Teachers: Isobel Tedenko, Simon Morrocco, Marina Jung, and Louise Ardvark and also learning Hatha from Jacquie Brumley and Shimon Tchobutaru, Rob and Leslie.
My 200hr Hatha Yoga Teacher Training came much later (2015) when I started my journey under the sound guidance of John Ogilivie and his Team at Byron Yoga Centre. In 2021, I completed my 300hr Vinyasa and Iyengar style Teacher Training with Kate Lombardo and Patrick Franco and their Team at YogaRenew. In July 2022 I commenced new learning in Vasudeva Kriya Yoga, attending Hindu Society of Victoria, Shri Shiva Vishnu Temple, and online, and am enjoying deeper understanding with like-minded people.
I am indebted to EACH and EVERY ONE of my Teachers who have given me more than they know. And to my students I express gratitude and warmth for the trust and kindness we share through our love of yoga. I sincerely hope I can offer to others what I continue to gain from ALL, students and teachers alike, to whom I offer heart felt Thanks. May you ALL feel safe and live a life of ease.
