Hi! My name is Amy, I am an RYT-200 registered Hatha and Vinyasa teacher. I also have a 15-hour certification in Yin Yoga and a 40-hour certification in Advanced Vinyasa Yoga. I currently teach Vinyasa and Power Yoga in Vancouver, BC and am looking for more teaching opportunities, ideally in the hatha or yin practices.
I am a student of the Art of Living branch of yoga. I have done the Art of Meditation, Art of Happiness and Art of Silence courses. I try to bring in a gentle, introspective approach to my classes, and hope that students leave my classes feeling more connected to themselves both physically and spiritually.
