Besides being a Yoga teacher, Jean-Pierre has been a well-established Marketing Consultant and is the founder and Managing Director of YOGASpirit & ChampaShala Yoga studio in Lisbon, Portugal.
He has been an essential professional in developing various projects within the marketing industry.
His fast performance in the Wellness and Yoga field benefits from his almost 20 years of solid experience as a marketeer, working with some of the biggest multinational companies, like Gillette Portugal, Copyright Promotions Portugal, Ballantine´s (Allied Domecq), Intermarché, E.Leclerc, Aki/Leroy Merlin (ADEO Group).
. Since 2010, I´m fully comitted to Yoga Training and Consultancy, teaching more than 1000 hours of Yoga classes per Year.
. I’ve created two brands exclusively devoted to the yoga world: YogaSpirit, OnLine Store for Yoga Equipment, representing world leading brands in the Yoga field and ChampaShala, Yoga studios for active women and men looking for fitness and a more spiritual way of life.
. I´ve created specialized Yoga Trainings based on the Yoga Alliance structure.
. I´ve been invited to participate in major Portuguese yoga events as the The European Yogi Nomads, in September 2013.
And, as an experienced professional, with an 18-year career in Marketing and with a strong background in Brand Category management, Team Management, deep negotiation skills, Buying and Change Implementation strategies, I´m still a passionate Marketeer !!
