Kathleen Collins is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).
Kathleen teaches fundamentals to new Yogis, and helps deepen the practice of experienced students. She believes that all can practice yoga - the asanas should work with the body, instead of forcing the body into a pose that is not conducive to body/mind.
When dancing on the line between pressure and pain, Kathleen will advise you to ease back a bit. Pushing the body is good, punishing oneself is not!
