Yoga became a part of my life when I was desperate to recover from painful inflammation in my foot. I began to increase my self-awareness of mind, body and spirit, and there was no going back.
Moving my body through it's ranges of motion and cultivating self-awareness was crucial for me to get better. I also discovered that my yoga practice was an incredible tool for managing anxiety. I learned to breathe deeply in times of stress by bringing my yoga practice off the mat and into my daily life.
Now as a mom of 2 boys, yoga is the only way I can remain sane. Without it, everything would be total chaos!
I love to share my unique take on yoga. I love balancing my teaching with Power and Yin Yoga and mix in a little wine. My goal is to help you bust out of your comfort zone and be a BADASS BITCH!
Off the mat, I love hanging out with my family, heading out on the water on my paddleboard and enjoying a glass of wine (or two!) with friends. I'm also a bit of a crazy cat lady!
I've been teaching yoga since early 2017 and have been practicing yoga regularly since 2011.
