Sue is a passionate yoga teacher and loves sharing the many benefits that yoga brings. She has been teaching yoga since 1995 and has studied and taught yoga globally and attended many training courses and workshops during this time.
Sue is a course author for the British School of Yoga and Studio Evolve, she is a regular columnist for Natural Health Magazine (UK) and the Yoga Magazine and has devised and presented 9 yoga DVD's for IMC vision.
Sue believes that some form of yoga is suitable for everyone, so long as postures are carefully selected, clearly instructed and practiced mindfully. This belief lead Sue to create the Yoga 2 Hear range of audio yoga classes in 2005.
Yoga 2 Hear launched in 2006 with six yoga classes, the range now contains over 70 different yoga classes suitable for different levels, abilities and requirements. Audio yoga classes require very little equipment and make practicing yoga possible at a time and place that is most suitable for the practitioner.
Sue loves how yoga subtly percolates throughout your entire being and being able to share this with others is a wonderful thing.
"I love that yoga brings so many benefits, this in itself inspires me to share yoga and make it accesible to as many people as possible."
