Janice Roosevelt is a 500-Hour Level  Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS). She holds advanced certification from Katherine Roberts Yoga for Golfers program, has taught numerous workshops to students and teachers in breathwork, heart opening, hip health and other areas. Her hatha  background includes various styles of flow and stationary practice. She is certified in restorative yoga.
