My story is one of independence, alignment and turning my great pain into great purpose.
My offerings meet at the intersection of science and spirituality and shine light on and through the many layers and dimensions of shame, singularity, and circumstance that try to keep us isolated, silenced and separate in our own resilience and story.
I believe in the power of the human spirit and the resilience we can live into action. I believe in integrity, transparency and truth. I know from my own lived experience we can rise beyond the ashes and transmute that which breaks us into that which can awaken us.
I bring with me a multitude of lenses, both from lived experience and through continued education and doing the work needed to repair my own wounds, that give me a wider perspective and heightened awareness, creating a kaleidoscope of offerings all yoked into the human experience and the many ways we can unite.
I believe in the power of our own story and know we must hold our own story tenderly, sacredly and truthfully so we can feel, flow and find our way to our own authentic remedy to remembering who it is we are and who it is we are to one another. I believe in the power of our Divine creator and all that is possible when we lead and align with our heart. I believe and dream of a free and equitable world and am honored, humbled and privileged to share in on this sacred dharma with you.

Over 1000+ hours of teaching experience with dynamic and diverse populations - reinforcing time and and time again, it does not matter the label, the identity, the location, the landing point - we are all worthy of love, support, resources and care - and we all have the potential to move through past impressions and remedy unspoken wounds - no matter our age, race, ability, beliefs, sexual orientation, familial and parental status, or any other label placed on us in our human experience - we all have the potential and birthright to thrive - if only we are given the opportunity - support - and care -to.
My mission and intention is to make the practice of liberation accessible - possible - and done in alignment to one's own individual and authentic needs. I believe in the power of collective care and stay with the catalyst of change as we all learn how to love and unlearn how to harm - ourselves - each other - our collective consciousness - our world.
