After living for two years in India, Sheryl found Hatha Yoga in a rural ashram in Mysore. She believes that everyone is on their own path and in time, we will realise that we are exactly where we need to be. If you asked her what yoga and India has taught her, she will tell you, "I learnt how to breathe."
Sheryl's style focuses on breath work, focus and alignment. Her classes are great for beginners and seniors. She loves welcoming new practitioners to yoga at their own pace. She specialises in 1:1 classes with students who seek a great listener in their teacher and openness through engaging the body and mind.
Sheryl has taught at wellness retreats in Thailand and Indonesia, with some experience in online classes.
