I am a circus performer and instructor who has taught aerials for the past 15 years. I retired from a short career as a nurse in the health care system to focus on my passion for movement, art, and sport.
I use yoga as a tool for self development and body awareness, as a complement to circus practice, and as an everyday health promotion based on a conscious and healthy lifestyle.
I am RYT 200 and a certified Unnata Aerial Yoga instructor Level II
