I'm a certified Yoga Teacher always searching for new possibilities to learn more. I teach usual Hatha Vinyasa Yoga, I love to mix styles though so in my classes are often some elements of Yin, Kundalini or Jivamukti Yoga. I try to make my students feel theirselves more, to be aware what happens to the body during sun salutations or backbends and how the breath can change everything. I simply love sharing my own experiences with my students.
