Sarah McNabb is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher and a Registered Children's Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. She has been teaching in the Paris area for 7 years. Sarah offers group and private classes in person and online to children and adults. She enjoys bringing in a sense of spaciousness and mindfulness to each class. Sarah teaches beginning to intermediate students, and specializes in offering vinyasa and gentle flow, yoga nidra, and pranayama techniques.
