Alexis has over five years of teaching trauma-sensitive, adaptable, all-levels yoga to a wide variety of students, including active-duty service members, veterans, military families and civilians. In addition, Alexis has worked with the USO to offer free yoga nidra sessions to members of the community to support their overall health and wellness. She also provides private yoga and meditation services that are designed specifically to support the student's needs. Alexis recently launched her online meditation podcast -- Wild Blue Yonder Meditations -- which offers free yoga nidra practices in varying lengths and topics. 

Alexis is also a Warriors at Ease Certified Teacher, an iRest Level 1 Teacher and a Radiant Child Yoga Trained Teacher.
