Kaila is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga training program with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). She hopes to help break the stereotypes surrounding yoga and wants to share her passion for yoga with anyone willing to listen. Kaila is a stepmother, feminist, wine and cheese lover, who wishes she was french (and sometimes pretends she is).
