Sara Avtar has trained since 1994 with KRI with the Aquarian Academy, in the tradition of Kundalini Yoga. She is a certified Level 1 and Level 2 Teacher Trainer.
Sara Avtar is also the founding creator of the yoga-dance discipline: Shakti Dance®, since 2001, and the CEO of the Shakti Dance Academy since 2017.
