Isabel Lasthaus is an Experienced Advanced Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS) for 200 and 300 Hours TT. She teaches at her studio shantissima, at adidas in groups and privates. She also is the leading teacher of her YA-TTs.
