Irina Telyukova is an Advanced Yoga Teacher (RYT-500, ERYT-200, YACEP). She studied in 2003-2005 with Bill Raup, a Baron Baptiste master teacher in Philadelphia. She continued her studies in San Diego in restorative, raja and hatha yoga with Ingrid Yang in 2010, and Michele Hebert, Mehrad Nazari since 2011. She is separately certified to teach Yoga for Cancer Recovery. She has been teaching yoga since 2004, specializing initially in heated and unheated Vinyasa styles. Since 2011, Irina has been shifting her classes into the style of Raja Yoga, which, in addition to asana and flow, and a focus on alignment, incorporates inner practices of yoga -- pranayama (breathing practices) and meditation. A big focus of her teaching is using these techniques for dealing with illness.
