I graduated from a 200h teacher training in 2012 at Yoga Works, New York, USA and since then I teach dynamic Hatha and Vinyasa Flow style classes. I’m also a Yoga Alliance certified and registered prenatal yoga teacher and I enjoy helping women take on their profoundly uplifting, empowering, and awakening journey into motherhood through yoga.
I’m enthusiastic about sharing yoga with people of all levels and yoga backgrounds, from absolute beginner to seasoned practitioner.
For me yoga is all about balance: we can balance our flexibility with our strength; balance our activities with our rest. It teaches us how to truly relax, instead of alternating between extremes of rigidity and collapse. Along with that it teaches us how to really do it: we learn to focus and surrender, so that we don’t wear ourselves out.
