I fell asleep in my inaugural yoga class over 20 years ago. It was the first time I felt rested in the middle of a rigorous Engineering Physics program. Practicing yoga allows my racing analytical mind to slow down. I have been sharing yoga practice with my friends and colleagues since 2013. I am certified in Hatha and Yin yoga.
Gentle Hatha: the goal of the class is to improve mobility and develop flexibility. A series of dynamic poses based on Hatha yoga intertwined with mobility exercises. A steady flow with ample time in each pose focuses on improving alignment and gaining stability and strength.

Corporate: I share stretching and relaxation techniques in my office building. I am elated to help my colleagues reduce stress during lunch on Fridays.

Private class: Yoga in your home is a great way to do yoga if you are shy or unsure of the moves. I especially recommend couples yoga class. I bring yoga to your home, so you can relax, stretch and reconnect with your partner. I will guide you and your partner to find a balanced practice. I offer virtual lessons if you prefer a distance learning experience.
