I have a master degree from humanity studies and work experience in the physio sector. I've been working as a body & mind teacher since 2011. During that time, I also deepened my knowledge and practice of yoga, hormonal yoga therapy, prenatal yoga and the physio therapist method. 

I studied with several teachers from various traditions and obtained diplomas of yoga teacher, yoga therapist and massage therapist. Led over thousands hours of private and group classes for people with various needs, including people with physio & mental disability, as well as yoga hormonal therapy and prenatal yoga sessions. My students ranged from yoga lovers and people with health problems to employees of multinational corporations looking to cope with stress more effectively.
