Erin Kafieh is an Experienced Registered 500 Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) and Certified Education Provider (YACEP) with Yoga Alliance, Reiki Master, Holistic Health Advisor and Roll Model® Method Practitioner. She is a Registered Nurse with a Bachelor of Science degree who has worked in the healthcare industry since 1987. She was trained in Ashtanga and enjoys teaching this practice along with Vinyasa Flow, Meditation, Prenatal, Restorative and Yin Yoga. She also incorporates essential oils and Reiki in her practice. Erin brings knowledge of both traditional and alternative techniques as well as a strong foundation in anatomy and physiology to her teaching and seeks to improve the lives of others by sharing her knowledge. She believes yoga should be both spiritual and fun and that self-healing and knowledge is the foundation of a happy life. Her goal is to meet students where they are in order to make yoga accessible to everyone. Her motto: Believe in and love yourself so you can inspire and support others.

In addition to teaching yoga, Erin works full-time as an Independent Consultant in the health insurance company. She was a co-founder of Inner Phoenix Yoga in Fontana, California where she partnered with Corrine Atkins to make yoga available to everyone.
