I am a registered yoga teacher (R.Y.T. 200) with Yoga Alliance and graduated 2nd class yoga teacher at the Czech Yoga Academy.
My yoga journey began in 2011 when I attended my first yoga workshop wih the Australian yoga teacher Nicky Knoff. I got excied for yoga through her wise and precise attitude to traditional Hatha yoga. Since that time, beside my personal practice, I practised with other yoga teachers, Jacinta Mc Burney and Janka Aksamitova.
In 2016 I completed my 200 hours teacher training in Hridaya Yoga Academy in Cairns, Australia.
The living spirituality entered my life a little bit earlier thanks to the amazing person, significant personality of transpersonal psychology PhDr. Paticie Anzari, CSc. (www.patricieanzari.cz). I attended my first retreat of personal growth in her Centre in Rynartice in 2005 and found a new perspective of my personal story. Today I am honoured to cooperate with Patricia in several areas of her activities. I work as her assistant on retreats, simoultaneously passing through the individual training in her original psychotherapeutic method of active egolysis. I guide the participants of the retreats on the yoga path since 2015.
My intension is to guide my clients on the yoga path, so yoga could become a natural part of their lives and their attitude to the world. On the journey we are rediscovering the breath, inhabiting the body and opening the hearth through yoga which leads to tolerance, courage and independence in our daily lives.
