Elisa Grella is an Experienced Registered Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500) and YACEP provider Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS).

Medical Doctor and Yoga teacher. Formed in  Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, Vinyasa Yoga and Hatha Yoga, Prenatal and Children Yoga. She lead a Functional Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training. 
She practiced in workshops with many important Teachers ( David Swenson, Susanna Finocchi, Krista Marie Starr, Alessandra Di Prampero, Kristina Karitinou, Ambra Vallo) that changed her path, yoga practice and way of teaching.
Begin practicing in 2008 and keep studying and practicing Asanas, Pranayama Mantra and  Meditation. 
From 2016 She studied and teach to prisoners, Children with special needs, and oncologic people. She is dedicated to karma yoga in prison.
Conduct and partecipate to many workshops and classes to ground the profound concern of Ashtanga Yoga as Patanjali described.
She conduct Workshop and Yaceps for Teachers pointed on Anatomy, Phisiology, inner modification led by practice.
2018  She is studying Anusara Yoga and did her first Anusara immersion.
2019 studied and start teaching sensitive yoga.

Now based in her Yoga School in Naples, Suryael Yoga School Napoli, Italy.
Conduct stable Yoga classes, workshops, yoga retreats and keep studying.
