Hilary Lempit is currently located in McCall, Idaho.
Hilary Lempit has always been fascinated with the mind-body connection, and has been a student of yoga since 2004. She completed her 200 hour training in 2012 at Pranava Yoga Center, focusing on Hatha yoga. In 2015, she studied with Ana Forrest, and draws on the four pillars of Forrest Yoga - breath, strength, integrity, and spirit - as the foundations of her teaching. As a Thai massage therapist and lifelong athlete, Hilary has a deep understanding of the body and movement. She brings this knowledge to her students with intentional breathwork, hands-on assists, and clear sequencing. In her classes, you will be empowered to learn more about your body and spirit and learn ways to carry the practice of yoga off the mat. Hilary has a B.A. in Environmental Science from Colorado College, and is a licensed massage therapist in Idaho and Montana. Her adventures around the west have led her to her current home of McCall, Idaho, and when she is not teaching, she can be found rock climbing, skiing, or hiking in the mountains. She is available by request for private sessions and workshops.
