Hilary Brown is a Registered Yoga Teacher (ERYT-500) with Yoga Alliance, is the director of Teacher Trainings for Yoga Moves, a vibrant and core yoga shala in Utrecht, The Netherlands. A place for students and teachers from all over the globe come to enjoy, learn and teach.
Hilary Brown | A native Californian, founder of Yoga Moves and your river guide of Yoga Moves Soulflow Vinyasa yoga, has studied and practiced many forms of yoga, massage & bodywork and dance since the early 1980's. She has studied with numerous known and unknown yogis to whom she is ever grateful. She teaches a lyrical form of Vinyasa yoga, a fluid but precise, dynamic yet relaxed method that incorporates the breath as a focus of moving meditation.
