Karla discovered Yoga after a decade of physical satisfaction with Pilates but a desire to discover and explore different forms of movement and ways to connect with the self. She has since immersed herself in various schools of Yoga and now teaches Vinyasa and Yin.
Through her explorations of various schools of Yoga, meditation revealed itself as the underlying constant and has become the centerpiece of her practice. Karla's method of teaching takes a modern approach on the tradition of Yoga and emphasises her appreciation of movement, stillness and breath.
Karla has completed a 500-hour training and is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance.
