Yogini Hemlata Sharma is a Registered Yoga Teacher RYT500 with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). She do yoga, she teaches yoga, she always lives in a yoga state of mind and intention. Yoga is her passion and her friend. Yoga gives her an understanding of herself to the deepest level of the mind, through the observation of the breath and the gift of equanimity.
Yogini Hemlata Sharma was born in one of the oldest pilgrimage of India at Pushkar on 14th February 1977. Hemlata was grown up in a very simple and spiritual environment. She completed her graduation from Gayatri Saktipeeth Girls College, is sub zone of Shantikunj, Hardwar. There she experienced and learnt Yagya theory and importance in cosmic environment. She also represented her Collage in 'Universality in Diversity Camp' at National Level. She completed her post graduation in English Literature and Yoga from Maharshi Dayanand Saraswati University.
In 1996 she went to Shantikunj Hardwar to get Diksha from Pandit Shriram Sharma Acharya as her spiritual Guru to experience the meditation and pranayama near the Holy river Ganga.
Under the guidance of her first Yoga guru Yogi Umesh Sharma , the Director and Founder of YOGASTHALI YOGA SOCIETY, she has learnt the importance and technique of Hath and Ashtanga Yoga.
In 2012, she has successfully completed RYT500 and ADVANCE AND KIDS YOGA TEAHCER TRAINING COURSE under the direction of Pt Radheyshyam Mishra, the director of Ujjain Yoga Life Society International.Yoga Sadhika Hemlata Sharma is successfully giving her services as a co-director and senior yoga teacher. at YOGASTHALI YOGA SOCIETY.
IN 2013, She got the biggest award at International Yoga Seminar at Ujjian "THE YOGI OF THE YEAR 2013-14". She has played an important role in Organisational committee for International Yoga Seminar in 2014 at Ujjian. She is also invited by Ministry of Labour on Woman's Day to deliver the lecture "YOGA FOR WOMAN". In YOG-KUMBHA 2016, she was selected to perform YOGA-ASANAS on the Opening Ceremony of the mega event.
