Heidi Baiden is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with an approved and active Registered Yoga School (RYS).
She completed her RYT-200 Teacher Training at Eastside Yoga in Windsor and has also completed Restorative Teacher Training and the Sadie Nardini Rockstar Teacher Training/Core Strength Vinyasa course.
