Laura Harkewicz is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Laura recently completed Advanced Yoga Teacher Training focusing on populations with special physical needs and skills.   Laura teaches Adaptive Yoga designed to meet the needs of all level students regardless of their abilities.
