After a dramatic motorcycle accident at age 18, Estelle had to give up her dream of becoming a professional dancer. Instead, she became
a translator and interpreter, and founded a family. Still, the mind-body
connection she had deeply felt as a dancer was missing. After various trainings (one of them in Pilates), she discovered Yoga, and suddenly, everything became clear: that teaching and transmitting the
spirit of Yoga was going to be her new life‘s purpose. After a first teacher training (200 hours) at the Balance Yoga Studio in Frankfurt, Germany, she completed other modules, as a Yoga Personal Trainer and Yin Yoga teacher in 2015, as a pre- and post-natal Yoga teacher in 2016, as a Fascial Yoga Practitioner in 2017 and in Thai Yoga massage in 2018. In 2021, she completed her 300 hour teacher training course at Timo Wahl Yoga Studio in Frankfurt (Germany), specialized more in pre- and postnatal yoga and did some sound healing immersions. In 2022, she became a certified matwork Pilates teacher (100 hour course). In 2023, she followed a training on inclusivity and accessibility. In 2024, she will organize her first Yoga retreat in the Swiss alps. She teaches Yoga to all age groups from teens to seniors, and adapts her style to the needs of her students. For her, Yoga is not only Asana (the poses) or practice on the mat; she endeavours to pass on to her students that one can export Yoga into everyday life so as to improve balance, well-being and happiness.
