With a profound dedication to the practice of Yoga, I am a highly qualified Yoga Teacher holding a Master's degree in Yoga from Annamalai University, India. My passion lies in imparting the teachings of Traditional Hatha Yoga, emphasizing balance, in both English and Tamil, through virtual sessions on Zoom or in-person.
My meticulously designed yoga sessions cater to participants of all abilities and fitness levels, encompassing postures (Asana), breath awareness exercises (Pranayama), meditation, and relaxation. I extend my inclusive approach to provide adaptive yoga for adults with diverse abilities and children with special needs. Additionally, my therapeutic focus includes Yoga workshops tailored for specific health conditions such as diabetes, heart issues, asthma, obesity, back pain, anxiety, and depression.

My teaching style is marked by accessibility and inclusivity, promoting health, harmony, and peace for the mind and body. I am driven by a wellness awareness that supports the mental, physical, and emotional health of the community, firmly believing in the transformative power of Yoga.
