I first found yoga in my teenage years as a way to reduce stress and keep active. The sense of peace, adventure and empowerment I felt every time I hit my mat turned the practice into an essential part of my life. Eager to share my passion with others, I completed my 200HR teacher training in Todos Santos, Mexico in 2016 and 300HR in Rishikesh, India in 2018. I have also completed Yin Yoga training, Yogafit for Warriors, Aerial Yoga, Barre Fitness, and The Dragon Dance teacher training, and SUP yoga training . I've studied Vipaasana Meditation, have a Bachelors Degree in Kinesiology, working towards becoming a Pedorthist (C.Ped(C)) and have a Certification in Plant Based Nutrition. I brings my anatomical and biomechanical background in Kinesiology and playful personality to create a safe, supportive environment.
