Sarah began her yoga journey in college as a runner seeking to balance her workouts with some regular stretching exercises. As her practice grew over the years, she discovered her own magical power to connect her mind and body with her breath. She loved the physical and mental benefits that yoga brought to her life, both on and off the mat. With a background as an elementary school teacher, the decision to become a yoga teacher and share her experience with others came quite naturally. She received her 200-hour training at Mind the Mat and is a Registered Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance. In today's fast-paced modern society, her practice serves as a constant reminder to allow more space for patience and perseverance with every breath. Whether she's leading practitioners through a vinyasa/flow class or a gentle yoga sequence, Sarah hopes that everyone leaves her classes feeling a sense of balance in their bodies, peace in their minds, and joy in their hearts.
