Yoga has become a way of life for me, on and off the mat. I am also a Certified YogaBody Breath Coach. At 58, I take a pragmatic and stepwise approach to yoga. I see yoga as a bridge to connect with the deeper parts of ourselves, and to discover our true inner nature. Yoga helps me to seek balance outside the practice, in all aspects of my life. I have a Masters Degree in Buddhist Studies, and am also a writer, I have having published a number of books on Buddhism and I also have a regular blog. I am especially interested in interventions that help to activate the Vagus Nerve.
