Charlotte Clifton is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of a yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). Charlotte has experience teaching at Cancer Lifeline, Veteran's Yoga Project and local community yoga studios and gyms. Through in person and online classes Charlotte works to provide an overall healthy and safe practice for all participants. Charlotte believes yoga should be accessible and adaptable to all bodies and she strives to build that into each class. Her modalities include Kripalu and Viniyoga which incorporate gentle movement and restorative postures throughout the practice.
