I am a middle school counselor and yoga and mindfulness instructor in an international school in Brussels, Belgium and hold Masters degrees in counseling psychology and school counseling.

I grew up near Philadelphia and have lived in London, Prague, Boston, Hong Kong and Brussels.  A mother to three girls, I am an avid runner and exercise enthusiast who discovered the many benefits of a yoga asana practice in 1999 when I was pregnant and living in Brussels and have been practicing ever since.  In 2011, I moved to Hong Kong where I found time to deepen my yoga and mindfulness practice and became a certified yoga teacher and a certified mindfulness instructor. I am trained to teach a variety of yoga, meditation and mindfulness practices including hatha and vinyasa yoga, teen yoga, yin yoga, raja yoga, Kidding Around Yoga, accessible yoga, yoga for stress management and restorative gentle yoga for special populations. I am also a Level 1 iRest Yoga Nidra teacher and a Level 3 Usui Reiki practitioner. 

I have taught teens and adults privately, at studios and schools in Belgium, Hong Kong and the United States and at the U.S. Consulate in Hong Kong. I have led mindfulness courses with educators and parents and presented workshops in schools and international education conferences on the benefits of mindful education and stress management. I incorporate many of the tools of yoga and mindfulness into my counseling practice. I am deeply passionate about sharing my knowledge with others and am committed to making yoga accessible to diverse populations.
