I welcome life with curiosity and an open heart. Inspired by the deep experience that we are literally the shape of how we move most - in our thoughts, our words and our actions. My teaching is geared toward the inward exploration of these movements and their connection to our experience.
I have a broad movement-based background and have been moving minds and bodies for nearly 20 years. I value autonomy and the relaxed workshop style of my teaching provides space for students to both contribute to the learning and to advocate for their personal practice needs.
My inspirations are rooted in the works of Sri Anadamayi Ma, Desikachar, Christopher Wallis, Orit Sen-Gupta, Matthew Remski, Marshall Rosenberg, Jules Mitchel, Katy Bowman, Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen, Gil Hedley, and Eric Franklin.
