The practices I lead are informed by my various yoga and movement studies, including Dance for PD, Chair Yoga, Yoga for Seniors, Yoga for Healthy Aging, and Experiential Anatomy. What began as an in-person practice in 2016 moved online in March 2020, and it's where you'll find me several mornings a week and occasionally in the evening, as well.
