Yoga provides a powerful tool which creates awareness and ease of mind and body. Through my work as a yoga teacher, National Board Certified Health & Wellness Coach, group facilitator and trainer, I am dedicated to helping others create more joyful, purposeful, whole lives.
I specialize in Hatha, Yin, and iRest Yoga Nidra Meditation, and teach with Veterans Yoga Project and Warriors At Ease.
I bring over 35 years of experience in consulting, training, and group facilitation in the public and private sector, which includes educating coaches and facilitators in the Veterans Health Administration, complementary fields of corporate wellness mind-body education, public mental health addiction and crisis psychotherapy, HIV reduction group facilitation in women corrections facilities, and advanced practice nursing. I hold graduate and undergraduate degrees from Virginia Commonwealth University and The University of Virginia.
I live in Richmond, Virginia, where I weave yoga practice into daily life, and own an independent coaching practice.
