I was a reluctant yogi. I always thought I wasn’t flexible/thin/strong/enough to do yoga… I didn’t see myself fitting in. That is, until I met my first yoga teacher and she helped me focus on my practice and personal growth.
Since 2013, my practice has grown to be an important part of my life, helping me navigate through the challenges of working full-time, being a daughter, a mom, and a wife. I quickly discovered that yoga is accessible to everyone, but what is special is when you find a studio to call home. I found that in Perth, ON. I finished my 200-hour teacher training in 2016 and I am thrilled to be a part of this wonderful community of yogis and teachers. I currently teach out of Perth Physiotherapy in Perth, ON.
