Rhonda Simpson, RYT, earned her B.S. Degree in Business Administration–Management and then PHR Certification in 2008. She has worked for over 15 years in the Seattle area as a Human Resources Specialist. In 2013 she earned her 200-hour Yoga Alliance Certification from the Solstice Yoga Retreat in Zipolite Mexico and another 200-hour completion through Movement Arts in April 2016. Rhonda’s focus is on spinal alignment, restorative yoga, and flow. She brings a new and and innovative yoga prop...the BackMitra. Using the BackMitra and other supports, the practice encourages the muscles to relax, creates space in the joints, and gives the body an opportunity to restore and rejuvenate. Everyone can participate in these practices at any level and enjoy the balancing benefits.
