Cathy, a Taiwanese teacher in Reiki, Hatha yoga, Reiki Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama. She is a Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) with Yoga Alliance, which acknowledges the completion of yoga teacher training with a Registered Yoga School (RYS). She is also a certified Reiki Master with the direct Usui lineage. Now she's spreading her knowledge and love, giving positive energy and influences to people who are in need.
